The curtains must be entirely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and devoid of any environmental odors, pet dander, or handling blemishes. Items must be carefully folded and placed within their original acklesg packaging, including all tags, structural inserts, and hardware. Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of the official carrier delivery date.

Your email must include your order number and the specific reason for the return request. Please do not ship items back without receiving explicit written authorization and instructions from our staff. Once authorized, the customer is responsible for securely packaging the items and covering all associated return shipping costs.

We strongly advise utilizing a carrier that provides tracking services and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the goods. acklesg assumes no financial liability for return packages that are lost, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit back to our German facility.

Section 3 - Inspection and Refund Issuance Upon the arrival of your package at our facility in Germany, our quality assurance team will conduct a comprehensive manual inspection to confirm the items meet our eligibility criteria. This processing phase typically requires 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is officially approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please be advised that depending on your banking institution's specific clearing policies, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credited funds to formally post to your account statement.
