  • Free Shipping (Orders $49.00 and above): As a courtesy to our clients, any order with a subtotal reaching $49.00 or higher automatically receives Free Standard Shipping at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (All Orders): Should your interior project require a faster turnaround, Expedited Shipping is available for any order size at a flat rate of $8.99, utilizing priority courier routing.

Section 2 - Processing Times and Expected Delivery Total delivery time is calculated by adding our internal processing time to the carrier's transit time. Order processing generally requires 1 to 3 business days, during which your curtains undergo final quality checks and are meticulously prepared for transit. Following dispatch, Standard Shipping transit times typically range from 7 to 14 business days. Clients selecting Expedited Shipping can generally expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that these timelines may be subject to minor fluctuations due to regional customs processing or severe weather events.

Section 3 - Delivery Responsibilities and Customs All shipments are issued with a tracking number for your security. It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is entirely accurate and capable of receiving packages securely. acklesg cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address entries, nor are we liable for packages stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. Furthermore, any import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country's government are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
